Front Desk

The best way to describe our front desk, financial and operations staff is the “Navy Seals of orthodontics”… but with kindness and a genuine smiles. They use the latest software and technology to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently every day. They are very familiar with family needs and pride themselves on making each patient’s experience pleasant and personalized.

Treatment Coordinators

Each office has a designated Treatment Coordinator that will assist you in the initial examination/consultation appointment. They explain all the details of beginning orthodontic treatment to how your office visits work. They also lay out a projected timeline and customized plan of what to expect with your upcoming treatment.

Financial Coordinators

Our Financial Coordinators live and breathe organization and numbers! They review all the payment options available to help find the one that best fits your family’s needs. Then once your treatment process starts, they are available to assist with any questions regarding insurance or payments.

Clinical Staff

Our Certified Orthodontic Assistants work closely with Dr. Ryan to keep your in-office visits relaxed and on-schedule. Besides having years of experience and education, they also excel in interpersonal communication skills. Each visit, they will explain what will be accomplished and give suggestions to make orthodontic treatment as easy as possible. They have a full understanding of orthodontics and can answer almost all questions regarding orthodontic treatment. Our clinical staff work together as a team, love what they do and have fun every day.
