Foods to Avoid

• Beef jerky
• Ribs and any meat that is off the bone (take it off the bone, then eat in small pieces)
• Corn on the cob
• Peanuts
• Popcorn
• Soda
• Sweet Iced Tea
• Sticky or chewy candies and snacks
• Cakes and cookies

• Fresh fruit (try blending into a smoothie!)
